ClaraVita (previously PHC Rice Lake) is a free women’s center that provides services, education, and support to our community at no cost. Confidential services are offered in accordance with state law. We’re a medical clinic that offers free pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, and options consultations. We do not dispense emergency contraception (Plan B, Julie, ella), we do not perform or refer for abortions, or profit from your reproductive health decisions. The education on this website is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counseling, medical, or prenatal care.
